If any damage is noted when checking out, the deposit amount can be cashed. This amount is generally equal to the excess amount stated on the insurance contract of the boat.
CORAIL CARAIBES in agreement with following terms, agrees to limit the amount cashed to 10 % of the deposit mentionned on your rental agreement.

Prices :

30 € per day for Lagoon 380, Lavezzi 40, Lagoon 400, Lagoon 410
35 € per day for Lagoon 420 ,421 ,440 ,470, 500, Orana 44 et Salina 48

Admendment to be signed simultaneously to the main contract or at the latest upon reception of boat.
Any event resulting in damage must be recorded on the logbook with all relevant details regarding circumstances ie. Sailing, sea conditions...Report to be submitted to the company within 48 hours except in the case of exceptionnal circumstances.

Exclusions to the guarantee :

* theft without due notification of the appropriate authority
* spinnakers
* damages or loss of equipment/materials (in particular the dinghy and outboard motor)
* damages during regattas or due to non respect of nautical instructions or maritime law
* carelessness or sailing under the influence of alcohol or any drug
* running aground.

The guarantee will not apply if the contracting party is not in a position to produce the relevant logbook updated on a daily basis.
